The
Rhode Island Department of Transportation has prepared an Environmental
Impact Statement on a proposal to improve the US Route 6 / Route
10 interchange in Providence, Rhode Island. The Record of Decision
was signed in June 2006. The proposed project includes Route 6 from
the Hartford Avenue interchange to north of the Toby Street overpass
and Route 10 from the Cranston Viaduct to Route 6.
This
website has been created to provide the public with information
and an opportunity to comment and ask questions regarding the proposed
project. We will be providing information through this website,
letters, and public meetings.
