The Department will have a Spanish-speaking engineer present at
all in-house review meetings and public meetings to insure cultural
inclusiveness.

The project area is in close proximity to the Woonasquatucket River
Greenway and the northern terminus of the Washington Secondary Bike
Path. Will the project address a connection between the two facilities?
Response:
Connections between the two facilities will be addressed for any
build alternatives studied during the EIS process.
Question:
Will the EIS examine potential community and socioeconomic impacts
and recommend appropriate measures to mitigate any negative impacts
of the facility upon the surrounding neighborhoods?
Response:
The EIS will address any environmental consequences for the alternatives
considered, including changes in the neighborhoods or community
cohesion for the various social groups.

Will the EIS incorporate a survey of all historic resources within
the project area and evaluate the nature of any potential impacts?
